Google engineer: three daily steps to happiness

Google engineer (Chade-Meng Tan) has developed an easy to remember daily process to achieve happiness. It achieved publicity at the SXSW festival in Austin Texas in 2014. It makes some references to science.

Step 1: “Calm your mind”
Step 2: “Log moments of joy”
Step 3: “Wish other people to be happy”

Love the simplicity of it.
